Henry Thomas Rowe was born July 14, 1879 in Arkansas to James F. and Leander Addie Rowe. He married Minnie Lee Light on March 15, 1910 in Clinton. He was a deputy U.S. Marshall in Little Rock and Batesville in the 1920s and 1930s. He was a hotel proprietor in Clinton in the 1940 census, but was a guard in Little Rock in the 1940s. He died in Little Rock on July 4, 1964 and is buried in Pinecrest Cemetery, Alexander, Saline County, Arkansas.
